Allison Raskin Bio

Allison Beth Raskin is an American comedy writer, director and YouTuber podcaster, and advocate for mental health. Her previous job with BuzzFeed Video was that of a writer. But in 2015 she quit to join fellow writer Gabe Dunn on their Just Between Us comedy YouTube Channel. Raskin, born in Manhattan 20 June 1989 to an Jewish mother and father and was raised in the home of her father and mother. She received her bachelor's degree in her school at the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Fine Arts. Jamin B. Raskin (born on the 13th of December 1964) is a U.S. attorney, professor of law and politician who has represented Maryland's eight congressional districts with the U.S. representatives since 2017. Lead prosecutor of Trump's Second Impeachment Trial, he was an attorney and law school professor. Rep. Jamie Raskin decided not to run for Maryland's vacant Senate seat, and instead seek reelection in the House, where he hopes to be chair of the House Oversight and Accountability Committee. Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Potomac as well as other wealthy suburbs within The Washington, D.C. area are part of the district. The district also encompasses a variety of economically and racially multi-cultural communities. The largest of which is Rockville as well as Silver Spring.
